Real estate is in my DNA. I grew up learning the business firsthand from my mom, Marty Prindle — a top-producing broker who launched her career in 1980, and worked when interest rates were over 18%. Watching her thrive in one of the toughest markets in history taught me early that real estate success isn’t about sales — it’s about helping people achieve their dreams, no matter the obstacles.

Before real estate, I was proud to play football for Zanesville HS, Penn State University, and Ashland University. Working with amazing coaches and teams, those years instilled in me the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that now shape how I work with every client.

After earning my degree in Business Management and Computer Science, building homes, and gaining valuable experience in finance and mortgage lending, my wife Kim and I returned to Zanesville to raise our family. In 1999, I partnered with my mom to open Prindle Real Estate — a 40+agent company built on trust, service, and a deep commitment to client success.
